WHAT IS MARXISM?

In these slides, we have tried to capture the basic essence of Marxism for those who are new to our page. There is no truth clearer than the fact that Marxism is the key to our liberation. There is no equal future that can be imagined without a classless society, it is why so many of our heroes and the people we have studied have been Marxists. Our slides describe capitalism’s role in exploitation, in imperialism, the reasons why Marxism is demonised and what the Marxist solution is. The last slide is a collection of some of our favourite Marxists who practised communism. Many anti-communists brush off Marxist theory as a "white man’s ideology", but in the last slide, we see just how many Black and colonised identities who effectively practised Marxist principles in their politics and leadership. They knew capitalism is at the heart of the evils in the world. Racism, sexism, transphobia, apartheid structures, etc are all interwoven in capitalism. And Marxism is the key to destroy it. We hope these slides help, there will be more detailed explanations on Marxism to come! Our first post is for beginners!
